Roadside parking on the north side of Seawall Boulevard between 53rd and 61st Streets is free. The south side and the rest of the boulevard are paid through the PayByPhone app at $2 an hour with a two hour minimum, capped at $16 a day, enforced 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
